Basically, anything that helps a learner connect to the instruction.
Nevertheless, my goal is to translate learning and instructional principles into instructional materials and activities that engage and educate.

Sometimes even experienced staff members need to brush up or learn new skills. This module was driven by a manager looking to help an experienced team as they transitioned to a new approach and new role responsibilities.
Interestingly, this module uses an AI voice as the narrator providing learners with a more diverse tone than in previous modules.
